Our Story

Built Around Fire
and Community.

Ember & Oak started with a simple idea. Make great coffee, create a warm space, and give people a place that feels familiar the moment they walk in.

How it began

Ember & Oak was founded by two friends who believed a neighborhood cafe should feel like an extension of your living room. After years working in kitchens and coffee shops, they decided to build something steady and welcoming.

The name reflects what we care about. Ember for warmth and craft. Oak for strength and staying power. Together they represent the kind of place we set out to create.

Simple principles. Done well.

Quality First

We roast in small batches and bake fresh every morning. We would rather serve fewer things done right than a long list done halfway.

Community Matters

From open mic nights to casual meetups, our space is built for connection. We believe coffee tastes better when shared.

Keep It Honest

Clear pricing. Friendly service. No pressure. We treat guests like neighbors because that is exactly what they are.
